Wow, I just got the first (proof) print of Beyond Mises from the printer… and the book looks nice. I found a few minor typos, and I found that I had forgotten to include the Appendix (!)
These problems have now been rectified, and Anthony is uploading the revised file to Lightningsource for printing of the fist batch. As I am off to Budapest next week to lecture at the inaugural session of The New Austrian School of Economics, I may have to ship the batch of books directly to Budapest. Those who have indicated an interest in the book will be able to place their orders even if I am in Hungary.
